It works well. The wound cannot get wet, so this seals it off very well. Other brands of dressings had been used on the wound for the prior month and it never made much progress. After using the Mepilex dressing, there finally has been some improvement. Maybe it was just time, but I think this dressing really helped more than the other dressing.
