Quality good, Fit good, Medium How long they last depends upon level of incontinence. After Prostate surgery I am 90%. Due to full mat they are excellent for side sleepers. Anyone with severe inc. should know that "breathable" is a myth. Any breathable brief will leak at night time with a side sleeper. The plastic backing provides security beyond most other products. The ATN will sometimes last perhaps half way through the night. Perhaps more at times. Seldom will they last all night. But the lower cost allows for a change if needed without costing anywhere near the highest end briefs such as -

I decided to try the Tranquility ATN because they were cheaper than my most dependable choice of ABENA Abri-Form L4, the reviews I read showed there were more satisfied users than complaints, they were thinner and probably not as visable for daytime use as the L4's not that was a big deal since I will wear what I need for protection, but I have found the reviews with complaints about the tapes not staying in place were 100% correct. The tapes are not good enough to stay in place once normal body heat causes the tapes to loosen or slide allowing the leg openings to get too lose and allow leaks
